What You'll Be Doing
  • Build, grow, and lead your own executive search practice
  • Drive new business through your network, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Own senior client relationships at the C-suite and board level
  • Deliver high-impact search mandates end-to-end
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of sales/search professionals
  • Create and execute a strategic growth plan for your vertical
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on leadership and talent strategy
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years in executive search, senior recruitment, or leadership advisory
  • Proven success placing C-suite, VP, or board-level talent
  • Established network or book of business within Canada
  • Experience leading teams or running a practice/business
  • Strong business development and revenue generation track record
  • Executive presence with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
  • Collaborative approach—this is a team-driven environment
Compensation & Work Model
  • Base Salary: ~$200,000 (flexible based on experience)
  • Commission: Significant, performance-based upside
  • Total Earnings Potential: High six figures+
  • Work Model: Remote or Hybrid (Canada-based)
Location & Travel
  • Canada-based role
  • Travel as needed for client engagement and business development
