About the Role
We're looking for a 310T Apprentice (Level 1–3) to join our team on a straight day shift. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn to maintain and repair a company-owned fleet, working alongside experienced technicians. You will:

• Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues;
  
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections;
  
• Support brake, suspension, and component repairs;
  
• Learn to use diagnostic software and tools;
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.
  

You'll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light-duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.
About You

• Registered or eligible 310T apprentice (Level 1-3);
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn;
  
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools;
  
• Reliable, safety-focused, and motivated;
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Clear wage progression:

• Level 1: $26–30/hr.
  
• Level 2: $30–34/hr.
  
• Level 3: $34–38/hr.
  

Schedule & stability:

• Straight day shift (Monday - Friday), no rotating shifts
  
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week, year-round work
  
• Overtime opportunities available
