Competitive Compensation:

• $42-$45/hr., based on experience.
  

Schedule & stability:

• Straight day shift (Monday - Friday), no rotating shifts;
  
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week, year-round work;

About the Role
We're looking for a licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic to support our company-owned fleet on a straight day shift. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and minimizing downtime across a diverse range of equipment. You will:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues;
  
• Perform preventative maintenance and annual safety inspections;
  
• Identify and address issues before they become major failures;
  
• Prioritize repairs to support daily operations;
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.
  

You'll gain experience on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum trucks, highway trucks and tractors, trailers and light-duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.
About You

• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license;
  
• Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical and electrical systems;
  
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities;
  
• Reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in quality work;
  
• Fleet maintenance experience is an asset.
