- Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor communications
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Develop and monitor KPIs for team performance
- Support internal/external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- 8+ years of experience in accounts payable, with a solid understanding of accounting principles
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and compliance
- Proficiency with ERP and financial systems
