About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs from concept through execution. You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management, supplier coordination, and crossfunctional alignment for highconsequence hardware development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of multiphase engineering programs
- Own schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners
- Drive milestone readiness, technical reviews, and program reporting
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support NGEN and internal program governance requirements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project/program management in engineering or technology
- Experience with complex hardware development (nuclear, aerospace, defence, or similar)
- Strong risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams in fastmoving environments
Preferred Skills
- Nuclear Industry Experience
- PMP or equivalent
- Experience with regulated or safetycritical systems
- Familiarity with earned value, phasegate, or systems engineering frameworks
