SUMMARY: We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry person for our Richmond Hill office. This person will be responsible for processing all orders on a daily basis and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires someone who is resourceful, results and detail oriented and demonstrates drive and initiative. Must have the ability to exercise good judgement and be proactive. Duties and Responsibilities: * Processing orders received via EDI, I-Trade, Email and Phone * Handle all customer inquires The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * MUST HAVE ORDER ENTRY EXPERIENCE * Have excellent command of the English language both written and oral * Must be able to multi-task * Pleasant telephone manner * Must be able to work independently * Detail oriented * Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Spire a definite asset * Outgoing and mature * Organized, punctual and reliable * Professional appearance and manner * Be a team player We offer a competitive wage and group benefit package.
