Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via phone and digital channels to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in data entry, sales, and upselling. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your analysis skills and customer service expertise will make a significant impact.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and technical support
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records accurately
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
  • Use excellent phone etiquette to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy
  • Sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
  • CRM, ERP experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Experience with SAP considered an asset
