As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Success Specialist who is passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and helping HVAC business owners achieve their goals.

Position Summary

The Client Success Specialist serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of HVAC clients. This individual ensures clients receive exceptional service, remain engaged with our processes, and fully leverage the value of our accounting and advisory solutions.

The ideal candidate understands the HVAC industry, communicates effectively with business owners, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the client experience.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HVAC clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and alignment with goals.
• Proactively address client concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain a high level of client retention and engagement.

Client Onboarding & Success

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
• Coordinate the collection of required financial and operational information.
• Ensure smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing service.
• Educate clients on firm processes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Help clients understand how to maximize the value of our services.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate communication between clients and accounting team members.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding requests.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Escalate issues and bottlenecks as needed.

Industry & Advisory Support

• Develop a working knowledge of HVAC business operations and industry KPIs.
• Assist clients in understanding financial reports and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for additional advisory services that may benefit clients.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, customer service, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Professional and confident communication with business owners and executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HVAC contractors or home service businesses.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or professional services.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan and HVAC operational workflows.
• Understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
• Experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm, or outsourced accounting environment.
