Accounting Assistant As our new Accounting Assistant, you'll have a dynamic role with responsibilities spanning executive support, office administration, accounting and project coordination. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Vice President of Operations. This dynamic position offers a diverse range of responsibilities—from office organization and project setup to preparing project status updates, handling accounting tasks, maintaining engineering licenses, and assisting with new employee onboarding. You'll gain hands-on experience across all operational facets of the business, providing a strong foundation for professional growth as you develop expertise in each area. Your role will include essential accounting skills. You'll work with our AccountEdge software to handle things such as invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll job cost allocations.
