Pay: $22 – $29 per hour
Shift- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3pm - 1am
Requirements- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident required
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team at Macfab Manufacturing Inc..In this role, you will operate CNC lathe machines, inspect parts, and ensure components meet precise engineering and quality standards used in Aerospace, Medical, Defense, and other precision manufacturing industries.
ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC lathe machinesLoad and unload partsPerform in-process inspections and quality checksUse measuring tools and gaugesMaintain machine and workspace cleanlinessFollow safety and manufacturing procedures
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDCNC lathe or machine shop experience preferredAbility to read and follow instructions and drawingsStrong attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationGood communication and teamwork skills5+ years CNC machining experience preferred in aerospace, defense, medical device, or precision manufacturing environments
