Noble is seeking hard working, motivated individuals to join our team as a project administrator in the fast-paced mining industry.

Position Title: Project Administrator

Location: Hybrid Work - Esterhazy Sk

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hour days

Start Date: August

Closing: Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired

Responsibilities:

• Generating and tracking LEM reports (labor, equipment, and materials)
• Updating external project budget spreadsheets
• Distribution of LEMs to clients for approval
• Purchase Order processing and receiving
• Vendor/Subcontractor invoice processing and receiving
• LEM submittals via company portals (Ex, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, AIMSIO, Pay Shephard)
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with Clients
• Proving documentation to internal and external teams
• Tracking expenses
• Payroll Entry and pay schedule calculations
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
• Follow Noble safety policies

• Excellent communication skills: must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, report progress or issues to supervision
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to work 12 hours shifts
• Be professional and confidential
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Is self-motivated with the ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and plan workloads effectively
• Have a willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
• Proven ability to demonstrate time management and organizational skills
