HRIS Analyst (Contract)
Our client is searching for an HRIS /People Analytics expert to join in a fast‑growing technology environment. This SE Calgary‑based organization in the data center and high‑performance computing industry, is seeking a People Systems Analyst to support and advance their reporting capabilities.
This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, system security, and reporting excellence across HR and payroll platforms. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security across HRIS and people systems (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time & Attendance).
  • Partner with People and Finance teams to extract, analyze, and present insightful workforce data.
  • Design intuitive dashboards and visuals to support recruitment, talent, compensation, and workforce performance analytics.
  • Support HR system upgrades, configuration changes, and new module implementations.
Your strengths include:
  • Post secondary diploma or degree in HR, IT or related field.
  • Experience with UKG and/or Workday an asset.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with HRIS, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and people data structures.
  • Hands‑on experience configuring systems and building dashboards using data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
