Our client is searching for an HRIS /People Analytics expert to join in a fast‑growing technology environment. This SE Calgary‑based organization in the data center and high‑performance computing industry, is seeking a People Systems Analyst to support and advance their reporting capabilities.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security across HRIS and people systems (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time & Attendance).
- Partner with People and Finance teams to extract, analyze, and present insightful workforce data.
- Design intuitive dashboards and visuals to support recruitment, talent, compensation, and workforce performance analytics.
- Support HR system upgrades, configuration changes, and new module implementations.
- Post secondary diploma or degree in HR, IT or related field.
- Experience with UKG and/or Workday an asset.
- 3–5 years of experience working with HRIS, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and people data structures.
- Hands‑on experience configuring systems and building dashboards using data visualization best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
