Position:Senior Major Incident Officer
Location:Hybrid, 3x per week in office (Toronto, Downtown)
Structure: FTE, Permanent
Pay:Up to $130,000 base salary + bonus

Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience in Major Incident management in supporting complex IT environment in a larger organization
• 12+years of progressive IT working experience that spans a high-level understanding of full stack technologies used in a large enterprise
• 3+ years of working experience in dealing with senior executives (VP+ audience) from Business and Technology
• Banking or finance services industry experience is a strong asset
• Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills
