Key Responsibilities -Operate CNC machines including mills and lathes according to production schedules and work orders -Perform basic machine setups and tool changes under supervision -Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications -Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to complete in-process inspections -Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain part quality -Report machine issues, malfunctions, or quality concerns to the supervisor -Complete production and inspection documentation accurately -Support routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized -Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE -Assist with basic troubleshooting during production as needed -Documentation, shipping and packing Requirements: Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent -CNC certification or technical training is considered an asset -Previous experience in a machine shop or CNC environment is an asset -Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments -Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards is an asset -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality -Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability -Able to work independently and as part of a team -Willingness to learn and take direction -Experience with aerospace parts Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
