We are currently seeking a Tool Die Maker Assistant to join our growing manufacturing team! Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on injection molds (disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly) Troubleshoot and repair molds during production to minimize downtime Operate machinery including mills, lathes, grinders, and radial arm drills Work with CNC equipment such as CNC sinker EDM and CNC vertical milling centers Use CAD/CAM software (Mastercam) to analyze, design, and run CNC programs Perform detailed handwork (grinding, polishing, blending, and texture repair) to improve mold performance and part quality Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes Requirements: Enrollment in or completion of a Tool Die Maker (430A) or Mold Maker (431A) apprenticeship program Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a toolroom or manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of CNC machining and mold components Pay: $30-$32/h APPLY NOW!
