AZ Float Driver Needed ! Local, $27-30/Hr

This position is a direct-hire position, working directly for our client as a company driver. Pay is between $27-30 per hour based on experience. Company-paid benefits, stock options, PENSION, and uniforms/extreme weather gear are just some of the reasons you want to work for our client!

Our client, a Canadian-owned, major heavy equipment supplier with several locations across Canada, is looking for full-time AZ Float drivers to join their team in Brampton, ON.

• Monday to Friday, day shift starting between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.
• 10-12 hour shifts
• City and local highway routes
• No slow down!
• Minimum 44 hours per week, working up to 60 hours during busy periods
• Overtime is paid after 44 hours per week
• Manual and automatic trucks
• Delivering equipment to clients and construction sites
• Driver will be responsible for loading, strapping/chaining equipment, and demonstrating to the client how the equipment works (training will be provided)

• We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work and keep their trucks clean and well-maintained!
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable AZ driving experience
• Minimum of 1 year of roll-off or float experience
• Manual experience preferred
• Minimum 23 years of age
• Must be friendly, well-mannered, and customer service-oriented
• Ability to communicate well in English, both verbal and written
• Forklift experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job
• Aptitude with different types of vehicles and equipment
