We are looking for Bevel Operators/ General Laborers in Brampton ON for our client.
Job Summary:
- Performs duties and tasks throughout the company as required.
Job Duties:
- Reviewing work orders and preparing material form beveling
- Ability to operate a mechanical bevel machine
- Ability to operate a flame bevel machine (bug)
- Read and interpret drawing
- Cleaning/debering material.
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Assisting co-workers as required.
- Assisting Shipper/Receiver as required
- Perform duties in a safe manner; report safety hazards to committee.
- Completing paperwork associated with position.
- Operation of lifting devices / forklifts when called for.
- Clean-up of plant (interior/exterior)
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Working Works in a plant/manufacturing environment. Temperatures vary
Conditions:
- with seasons. Conditions can be noisy and dusty on occasion, however P.P.E. is supplied and recommended throughout plant area. Works plant hours of 7am to 5pm, except when overtime is required (when production is high, depends on industry).
