We are hiring an HVAC Service maintenance person:
Key Responsibilities:Technical & Operations:
Leadership & Team Building:
- Developing and managing HVAC maintenance contracts for multi-residential and commercial buildings.
- Leading site assessments, system evaluations, and quoting.
- Building and managing a team of technicians.
- Establishing preventive maintenance programs and service protocols.
- Acting as the primary technical contact for property managers and building owners.
Key Responsibilities:Technical & Operations:
- Assess and quote Fan coil & Heat Pump Systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues across mechanical and controls layers.
- Interpret sequences of operation and coordinate for HVAC systems.
Leadership & Team Building:
- Hire, train, and manage HVAC technicians.
- Establish SOPs, maintenance checklists, and reporting systems.
- Build a scalable service structure.
- Interface with property managers, condo boards, and building operators.
- Present findings, recommendations, and service plans.
- Manage ongoing service contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
- 1 to 2 + years experience in commercial HVAC.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hand tools and Fan Coils.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- A technical leader who wants to build something—not just work a job.
- Someone who understands both field work and systems/processes.
- Comfortable taking ownership of a new division.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term growth focus.
- $35,000 – $55,000 base salary (depending on experience).
