The Position

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As the Marketing Manager, youll be the strategic compass guiding our Client's brand presence and market trajectory. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with their values and engage their growing customer base. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll blend strategic vision with practical execution.

A Glimpse into Your Dynamic Day-to-Day

• Lead & Inspire:Oversee and empower a talented team that includescontent creators, social media specialists and a contract web developer. You'll foster a collaborative environment, provide guidance, and ensure their creativity aligns with overall brand objectives.

• Brand Architect:Spearhead the overall brand positioning strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and that the unique "life-changing" message shines through. An important element of that branding willbe thecollaboration with the team and customer base on new print releasesseasonally.

• Digital Maestro:Manage the strategic partnership with their external agency responsible for social media advertising, as well as the independent web developer. You'll analyze performance, provide feedback, and ensure social campaigns and website updates are optimized for maximum impact.

• Affiliate Innovator:Deep dive into the current affiliate partnership program, assessing its effectiveness and identifying opportunities for significant optimization and growth.

• Content Connoisseur:While your team handles the creation, you'll be the ultimate arbiter of content strategy for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube), ensuring engaging and on-brand narratives.

• Performance Driver:Youll be accountable for tracking key marketing metrics, analyzing results, and demonstrating the direct impact of your strategies on brand growth and sales.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Marketing Leadership:You have a solid track record of leading marketing teams, developing successful strategies, and managing brand presence.

• Strategic Visionary:Youre not just an executor; youre a forward-thinker who can anticipate market trends and proactively adapt strategies.

• Digital Savvy:You're comfortable navigating the ever-evolving landscape of social media and understand the nuances of digital advertising. You'll be an expert in all things Meta and be proficient in the use of AI tools.

• Experience in e-commerce is required. Specific expertise in Shopify is strongly preferred.

• Analytically Minded:You love data! You can translate complex data into actionable insights and drive performance.

• Communication Ace:You can articulate your vision clearly to your team, colleagues, and external partners.

• Lucrative Compensation Package that includes a Base Salary of$80k - $90k, depending on experience and abonus program tied to results.
