Our dedicated ITTC facility in North Bay, Ontario is the hub of our expanding operations, delivering advanced tactical flight training to NATO and allied air forces. At the core of this operation is our fleet of Aero L-39 Albatros jet trainers, paired with modern simulation and integrated training environments.

Everything we do is grounded in a clear objective: delivering operational excellence in aerospace training, today and into the future.

This is not a traditional aviation workplace. ITTC North Bay is a high-tempo, performance-driven environment where adaptability, precision, and teamwork are essential to success.

Backed by ITPSs global reputation, our operations reflect a culture built on excellence, innovation, agility, collaboration, and safety. These values shape how we train, operate, and maintain our aircraft every day.

Engineering & Maintenance at ITTC North Bay

Our Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) team in North Bay is central to delivering on that mission.

Supporting a dedicated jet fleet, this team ensures aircraft are safe, serviceable, and ready to meet the demands of tactical training operations. The environment is fast-paced and operationally focused, where agility and attention to detail directly impact mission readiness.
