Technical sales support provides support to Sales Tech Support Team. Core Competencies: -Communication -Energy Stress -Quality Orientation -Adaptability/ Flexibility -Time Management -Creative and Innovative Thinking -Problem Solving -Development and Continual Learning -Result Focus -Accountability and Dependability -Ethics and Integrity Job Duties: -Promote company products/services, address client objectives, provide feedback, after-sales support, and build long-term customer relationships. -Provide technical/troubleshooting support for automotive equipment, including technical/electrical assemblies, and diagnose issues affecting sales, installation, or product use. -Respond to phone and in-person work orders professionally, adjust/repair equipment, replace defective parts/components/systems, and use hand/power tools as needed. -Complete service reports fully and accurately on paper/digital systems, gather data for monitoring, trending, documentation, and reporting, and diagnose faults using computerized/testing equipment. -Build positive relationships with operations, maintenance, corporate resources, peers, and senior leadership to improve mill operations and reliability. -Support a 24/7 environment when required, including weekends/holidays, promote preventive maintenance programs, and prepare daily/weekly routing schedules with team coordination. -Perform other duties as assigned.
