Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction and renovation of residential swimming pools
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Prepare work sites by cleaning and removing debris

- Follow safety procedures and comply with health and safety regulations
- Work effectively with the crew and independently as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in residential construction preferred
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Special skills such as concrete finishing or carpentry are a strong asset

- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment

- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in residential construction is preferred
- Knowledge of concrete finishing, carpentry, or other trades is a strong asset

- Ability to follow instructions and work without constant supervision
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors
- Must have reliable transportation to the shop and have a valid drivers license in good order
