They are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist who can support their dynamic sales department and help bring new products to market.

In this role, you'll become a key support partner to the Sales leadership team, helping drive private-label business growth. Your day will include a mix of sales support, marketing coordination, timeline management, and customer-facing preparation work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building polished sales presentations, customer decks, and supporting materials for meetings.
- Preparing and coordinating product samples for customer reviews.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, including light website updates and digital content support.
- Helping move new products through the launch process and keeping timelines on track.
- Updating CRM profiles and ensuring customer information is accurate and current.
- Supporting social media activities—content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
- Completing documentation required by retailers such as costing forms, pricing updates, and new item submissions.
- Generating reports and assisting with forecasting, business plans, and general sales analytics.
- Organizing and coordinating tradeshows, events, and customer engagements.
- Jumping in on various sales-related projects as needed to support the team's goals.

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role experience in CPG or food manufacturing is a strong asset.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and general Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using major social media platforms for business (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with shifting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel when required (North America & International).
