Check-in/out Administrative Clerks

We are hiring Check-in/Check-Out Clerk to join our client's team in Brampton, ON Previous experience in a check-in/out role within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required for these jobs. Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am Monday-Friday Pay: $22.00/hour Responsibilities: - Logging drivers/brokers - Ensuring drivers have all paperwork/BOLs - Cubing uncubed BOLs - Verifying delivery appointments and directing drivers where freight should be placed upon arrival - Sorting/filing driver/broker run sheets - Printing delivery receipts, cross-docks, BOLs, packing slips - Billing/scanning - Zapping pros to delivery manifests and removing pros from storage/delivery manifests if required - Cutting suffix probills in AS400 - PODing - Reporting - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Previous administrative experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry - Experience with driver check-in - Experience with TruckMate - Microsoft Office experience - Excellent communication skills - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Able to work independently - High attention to detail - Ability to multi-task - Experience with AS400 is an asset - Able to work full-time Apply today!
