Job Details:
Our confidential financial sector client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalogue development and configuration.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements.
Configure and maintain Service Catalogue items, workflows, and approvals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow certification in ITSM or related modules (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalogue.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs for customisation and integration.
Experience with workflow automation, UI policies, and client/server scripts within ServiceNow.
