Our client is undergoing a major enterprise modernization, migrating from on-premises systems to a cloud-first, API-driven architecture on a multi-cloud platform (GCP/Azure/AWS). We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design, guide, and oversee the evolution of the technology ecosystem across applications, infrastructure, security, and data.
As a strategic leader within the architecture practice, you will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals, drive modernization initiatives, and establish the blueprint for scalable, secure, and interoperable systems across a digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and modernization priorities.
- Lead the transition from legacy on-premises systems to cloud infrastructure (GCP primary, with Azure/AWS interoperability).
- Architect cloud-native solutions using Terraform, Kubernetes, and microservices-based design principles.
- Guide development teams on best practices for C#, .NET Core, Node.js, and REST API design.
- Partner with security and data teams to embed central identity management, SSO, data governance, and privacy compliance
- Establish standards for DevSecOps, automation, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Evaluate and rationalize legacy systems while ensuring minimal disruption during transition.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate reference architectures, principles, and governance frameworks.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise, solution, or application architecture roles.
- Proven success in cloud architecture design (preferably GCP) and infrastructure modernization.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, IaC (Terraform), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and identity/security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to bridge business needs with technical execution.
- Experience guiding development teams through architectural transitions and modernization efforts.
