We are hiring a Meta and Google Media Buyer who thrives in hands-on execution, rapid testing, and data driven optimization. This role is fully non client facing so you can focus on performance, iteration, and collaboration with strategists and creatives.

What You Will Do
Build and optimize Meta and Google campaigns across multiple accounts
Execute full funnel structures across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Meta Ads Manager
Monitor pacing and performance, adjusting budgets and bids as needed
Troubleshoot issues quickly and implement performance improving optimizations
Run audience, creative, and bidding tests aligned to strategic roadmaps
Collaborate with strategists to bring channel plans and testing calendars to life
Partner with creative teams by sharing insights that guide iteration
Maintain clean structures, naming conventions, and documentation
Manage audience segmentation and targeting across platforms
Ensure tracking accuracy through GA4, UTMs, and platform level tagging
Support onboarding for new clients including setup, feeds, and initial builds

What You Bring
3-5 years of hands on Meta and Google media buying experience
Strong foundation in paid social and paid search best practices
Ability to manage meaningful monthly budgets and optimize to ROAS or CPA goals
Proven experience managing budgets of $200k+ USD or more across Meta, Google, or both
Skilled at building clean, scalable, reliable account structures
Comfort interpreting attribution signals and performance trends
Proficiency with GA4 and Looker Studio
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Experience in agency or performance driven environments
Collaborative communication style, comfortable working in a fast paced team
Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest or landing page experimentation
