Indogulf BioAg is a growing agri-biotech company specializing in sustainable fertilizer solutions. We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to work closely with the Sales team to keep deals moving, information organized, and customers supported. You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that helps ensure client inquiries, pricing, documentation, shipping and internal coordination all move smoothly and on time.
Location: London, ON (hybrid)
Employment type: Contract to start, with potential to extend or convert based on performance and business needs.
Schedule: 20-30 hours/week
What you'll do
  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day coordination of customer opportunities and ongoing projects.
  • Track all incoming sales inquiries and discover opportunities through email, CRM, and other channels.
  • Prepare and update client status lists, trackers, and summary reports.
  • Create proposals, quotes, and commercial documents for clients.
  • Maintain a library of up-to-date proposal templates, standard responses, and supporting materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Factory, Shipping, and Finance.
  • Follow up on outstanding items and keep stakeholders informed of status and next steps.
  • Maintain professional communications with clients regarding inquiries, shipment status, missing information, and follow-up items.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of process documentation for sales efficiency.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, coordination, customer support, administrator, or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrates a professional, courteous approach when dealing with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B environments in manufacturing, agriculture, biotech, chemicals, or industrial products, is preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM systems or structured sales pipelines is preferred.
  • Prior experience coordinating with international teams across time zones.
