Job Description
Paylidify is actively seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative with a demonstrable history of success in sales and an innate aptitude for cultivating client relationships. This position holds paramount importance in expanding our Sales and Development team, offering a dynamic and agile professional setting for an individual who thrives on continuous process enhancement and possesses a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our sales initiatives, articulating the value proposition of Paylidify to prospective businesses, and engaging with major vendors throughout North America. The ideal candidate will exhibit strategic and proactive thinking, excel within a fast-paced environment, and aspire to advance into a management capacity. Collaboration with our Sales and Operations team will be essential to identify new customers that are congruent with the Paylidify ecosystem.
As a Business Development Representative, you will become an expert in our products and services, empowering merchants to grow within the Paylidify ecosystem. Your passion for growth and winning mentality will be essential in elevating our standards of success. We are looking for individuals with experience in client relationship management tools who are committed to career advancement. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a strong learning mentality and a drive for continuous growth and development.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels, including outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Paylidify products and their benefits for SMBs.
- Generate a positive first impression for prospective Paylidify merchants by sharing success stories and demonstrating how our solutions can help their businesses.
- Effectively manage a diverse sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities to accelerate sales cycles.
- Employ a solutions-based sales approach, addressing business challenges and providing unique, targeted value to create urgency.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance your sales skills and maintain a current understanding of Paylidify's sales processes.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest industry and product trends.
- Maintain accurate sales data and documentation using Paylidify's sales enablement tools.

Job Criteria:
