Technical Sales Engineer – Building Products (Remote, Canada-Wide Travel)
Location: Remote (Canada-based)
Travel: Regular Canada-wide travel (1–3 days/week) + occasional U.S. travel
Salary: $100K–$130K base + annual bonus + fully paid benefits

About the Role:
This is a technical sales and specification position focused on driving product adoption among engineers, developers, contractors, and design consultants. You will act as a subject matter expert, presenting to stakeholders, guiding internal sales teams, and influencing project specifications through deep product and code knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver technical presentations, product training, and Revit-based consultations to engineers and developers
· Engage directly with stakeholders to support product selection and ensure code compliance
· Lead technical workshops, “lunch and learns,” and industry committee engagements
· Support the sales team with product education and specification guidance
· Serve as a trusted advisor on national plumbing codes and system integration
· Represent the company in technical forums, trade associations, and certification bodies
What We're Looking For:
· Degree in Mechanical, Building, or Civil Engineering (or related field)
· 5+ years' experience in a technical services, technical sales, or engineering support role
· Industry knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, or commercial building materials
· Ability to interpret construction drawings (Revit/BIM knowledge preferred)
· Strong communication and technical presentation skills
· Bilingual (English required; French highly preferred)
· Valid driver's license and comfort with regular travel
