Sign Fabricator

We are a rapidly growing wholesale sign manufacturer located in Markham, Ontario, specializing in producing high-quality custom signage for clients across Canada and the U.S. From illuminated channel letters and pylons to architectural and interior signs, we take pride in our craftsmanship, fast turnaround times, and multicultural team environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator to join our dynamic shop. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on expertise who can bring strong technical skill and leadership to a fast-paced production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom signage, including channel letters, sign boxes, pylons, and interior/exterior signs
• Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools
• Wire LEDs and install electrical components
• Cut, bend, and finish materials such as aluminum, ACM, acrylic, polycarbonate, and PVC
• Use fastening methods (epoxy, rivets, bolts, screws, etc.)
• Prepare signage for routing, painting, and vinyl application
• Perform spray painting of signage (asset)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Assist with installation prep and lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Requirements

• 4–5 years of signage fabrication experience
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and tools
• Comfortable wiring LEDs and handling basic electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production specs
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Spray painting and welding experience are strong assets
• Good communication skills in English
• Committed to high-quality craftsmanship and consistent output
