We are looking for people who enjoy serving customers, who are friendly, organized, energetic, communitive, able to work independently and as part of a team. Looking for part time and full time positions to be filled. Candidate needs to have pleasant, professional telephone manner, comfortable with general office duties, sales, and facility upkeep.

If you enjoy customer service while also valuing your stat holidays, then this position is for you.

Storage experience not required.


General Duties/Responsibilities:

- provide outstanding customer service

- assist reservations and walk-in customers (both in person and on the phone) in renting storage units, understanding the rental terms, fees, and completing rental agreements

- basic computer skills

- facilitating moves in and out, transferring of lockers, etc.

- renting and returning courtesy trucks

- consult, sell, and up sell to customers merchandise such as boxes, tape, etc.

- keep accurate, concise records of tenant communications, site incidents, etc.

- manage, verify, balance cash drawer and credit card transactions at end of shift

- receive stock and merchandise

- ensure the appearance of the property is customer ready by cleaning and sweeping units, driveways, parking areas, etc. as required. We always want to make sure our property has a safe and welcoming appearance
