Who You Are

• Licensed P.Eng. with 1015 years in product development (industrial/agricultural experience preferred).
• CAD Pro: SolidWorks mastery with obsession for drawing standards and manufacturability.
• Visionary + Meticulous: Big ideas, executed flawlessly, on time, on budget.
• Zero-Ego Leader: You inspire, challenge, and elevate your team while keeping humility and fairness at the core.
• Bonus: Experience in Kaizen facilities or wastewater/tailings management.
