As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business growth while strengthening relationships with an established customer base. You will represent a trusted brand, work closely with both internal and external partners, and help deliver best-in-class service to customers across your territory.
In This Role, You Will:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals while negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Partner with the marketing team to support initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive sales activity.
• Provide valuable market feedback related to customer needs, product performance, and competitive conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
• Research products, prepare quotes, and place customer orders.
• Support and participate in vendor and customer events as required.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a willingness to support both customers and internal colleagues.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
