Our client, a well-established organization in the heating solutions industry, is seeking two motivated Outside Heating Sales Representatives to join their growing teams—one based in Surrey and another in Richmond. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits as needed
• Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and agreements
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within a CRM
• Support and participate in customer and vendor events
• Educate customers on heating systems, applications, and requirements

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)
• 1-3 years of experience in heating/HVAC sales
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
