What are your responsibilities?

SEO & AI SEO (GEO)

  • Develop and execute advanced SEO and GEO strategies across Google and AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.).
  • Lead audits, keyword/prompt research, and technical optimization including site architecture, schema, crawlability, and entity enhancements.
  • Optimize content for both human engagement and AI interpretation, tracking visibility, citations, and rankings across search and generative engines.
  • Provide strategic reporting on performance and algorithm shifts, and share SEO insights to inform paid keyword strategy and integrated campaign dashboards.

Web Analytics & Performance

  • Lead analytics audits, GA4/GTM implementations, data governance, and ensure accurate cross-channel tracking and data quality.
  • Build automated dashboards to visualize KPIs, user behavior, and conversion performance, translating findings into clear optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze funnels to uncover CRO opportunities and partner with Paid Media, Content, UX, Dev, and Marketing teams on unified tagging, attribution, technical SEO, and broader optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee analytics rollout, documentation, and training on tooling and best practices.

Secondary Responsibilities

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and automate lifecycle email campaigns and triggered workflows for acquisition, nurturing, retention, and upsell journeys.
  • Evaluate CRM and email performance across deliverability, engagement, and conversions, generating insights to drive continuous improvement.

Campaign Analytics & Measurement Dashboarding

  • Define KPI frameworks, run A/B tests, and analyze multi-channel campaign performance, including ROI, attribution, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Build integrated dashboards merging SEO, paid media, and analytics data, and deliver concise, business-focused insights to stakeholders.

What type of person should I be?

  • 5–7+ years in digital marketing with strong expertise in SEO, web analytics, and analytics implementation (GTM, tagging, data quality).
  • Proven experience with GEO and emerging AI-driven search platforms.
  • 3+ years building and maintaining reporting dashboards and auditing analytics infrastructure for accuracy and compliance.
  • Hands-on background in email marketing across major platforms (Veeva a plus) and solid knowledge of CRM data management, segmentation, and reporting (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager strongly preferred
  • Additional certifications in SEO or email marketing are highly advantageous.

Technical Skills & Tool Proficiency

  • Analytics & Reporting: GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and automated dashboarding platforms.
  • Web & CMS: WordPress (Yoast, Rank Math), HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS integrations.
  • Paid Media: Google Ads platforms, cross-channel analytics, and UTM/naming frameworks.
  • Email & CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp (automation, segmentation, deliverability).
  • Compliance: GDPR, CASL, and CAN-SPAM.
