General Foreperson

FLINT is seeking a General Foreperson with at least 5 years' maintenance experience in a similar role for a Permanent role at Christina Lake, AB. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In / 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp provided, mob/demob, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

• Minimum 5 years' of maintenance experience in similar role.
• LSE - Leadership for Safety Excellence Certified is preferred.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • H2S Alive
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
