Dock Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Dock Supervisor to lead the night shift team of a reputable Transportation and Logistics company in Brampton, ON. This position requires an individual with proven experience in a supervisory role within a crossdock facility. Shift: Night shifts, 11:00pm-8:00am, Monday-Friday Salary: Up to $65,000/year Your Responsibilities as a Dock Supervisor: - Scheduling/supervising activities of dock staff - Coordinating loading/unloading of freight - Inspecting incoming/outgoing freight ensure all goods are free of damages - Daily communication with other dock supervisors - Investigating delays on arrivals/departures working with management to solve issues quickly - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Supervisor within the Transportation/Logistics industry - Proven experience in an LTL/TL crossdock environment - Strong leader and motivator - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to prioritize incoming work - Able to work full-time on the night shift Apply today!
