Sales and Service Technician

The Role

The automotive sales and installation technician has a passion for selling and installing the best after-market accessories to various vehicles such as Trucks, SUV's, Jeeps and Work Vehicles. We are fueling extraordinary experiences by enhancing our customers' lifestyle.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Operates day to day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of customers on a daily basis by following opening and closing checklists.

· Assembly sales and installation of a variety of accessories and components-bolt on and electrical

· Complete assembly work in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations and project time estimates and ensuring to document services and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records are complete and accurate

· Reviews all work orders with constant interaction with the Manager to discuss any upgrades and additional sales to each vehicle entering the shop

· Maintain a clean safe workplace by complying with company policies, along with local and federal laws

· Maintain forklift, check fluids, monitor fuel levels and replace as needed

· Maintain outside areas including canopy area

· Provide leadership by demonstrating high levels of best practices and quality control.
