Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead Client Programming, the Programmer – Client Solution is responsible for developing client specific solutions utilizing our existing technology stack. Specifically, you will analyze, design, develop, and maintain applications for our clients in a reusable method, allowing us to offer newly developed solutions to all clients.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• With direction and utilizing documented requirements, you will design, develop, and document client solutions using our existing technology stack.
• Working with various Technical Services teams and the business in order to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Creation of solutions for multiple Windows and web-based systems written in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Create and execute test plans, and work with internal users to obtain approvals.
• Ensuring code that is created is moved to the proper repositories.
• Creation of documentation on all solutions.
• Troubleshooting bugs and issues with existing solutions.
• Ensuring all solutions are created using existing methodologies and standards.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergency duties when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
● Great attention to detail
● Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
● Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
● Strong analytical skills to assess data and drive decisions.
● Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
● Call Center experience considered beneficial
● Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing work conditions in a fast-paced environment
● Self-motivated with excellent time management
● High energy and positive attitude
● Strong knowledge of C#, .NET.
● Laravel (PHP) experience would be considered an asset
● Experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS, MySQL
Education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, math or a related field
• Three years of related experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
