BI Dashboard specialist - 6 months

Our Client is a global engineering consulting firm that is searching for a BI Specialist with strong Power BI skills and experience to join them for a 6-month contract assignment. The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office located in Toronto.

There is a huge global initiative within the organization their reporting. The role out is starting with the Americas including Canada, US and Columbia. The role would be reporting to the Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing existing Power BI dashboards and updating them for their new financial reporting standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions for performance issues
• Promote data-driven decision making across the organization

TMGCT

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• Proven Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Background in Financial, Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience with advanced Excel and SQL
• Experience with Data visualization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical users
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills as well as working well independently
