Description:
We are seeking a subcontractor consultant to support our healthcare consulting projects in quality assurance, risk management, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with medical records, healthcare compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance reviews of medical records and documentation.
Analyze clinical and operational data (UDS, HEDIS, risk metrics) and generate actionable insights.
Assist with risk management assessments, incident reporting analysis, and compliance monitoring.
Support development of quality improvement initiatives (PDSA cycles, performance improvement plans).
Prepare concise reports and recommendations for leadership and client teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Data Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or risk management.
Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Athena, etc.).
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Excel required)
Knowledge of HRSA, Joint Commission, or NCQA-PCMH standards is highly preferred.

Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines
