Position Overview
The Lead Generation Marketing Specialist will play a key role in fueling Masitek's growth by identifying, attracting, and nurturing high-quality leads across global markets. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with hands-on execution - from campaign creation to CRM tracking - to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, trade media) to drive qualified leads.
- Lead the content creation and management of business development outreach for both Masitek and aaggrrii brands.
- Build and manage lead funnels, from awareness to conversion, using CRM and marketing automation tools (preferably Hubspot).
- Research and segment target audiences in the food, beverage, and agri-tech industries to tailor outreach.
- Create compelling content and assets - such as case studies, ROI calculators, newsletters, and landing pages - to support campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead quality metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, timing, and target segments.
- Support trade show and event lead capture strategies and follow-up processes.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement with target audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven experience managing CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn marketing best practices.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
