We're looking for a dynamic and empowering Chief of Staff to join our executive leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to the organization's C-level, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution of the most critical initiatives, all while enhancing scalability and translating decisions to coordinated and measurable outcomes.
A day in the life as a Chief of Staff:
- Be the C-level's strategic partner – Serve as primary advisor and thought partner to the CEO and C-level leaders across strategy, operations, and communications and support in board, investor, and cross-functional communication.
- Own executive priorities and planning – Prioritize and manage executive agendas and ensure timely execution of top priorities, drive planning cycles and business rhythms (OKRs, business reviews, board meetings, annual planning), and facilitate executive team meetings; track actions, outcomes, and strategic deliverables
- Lead high-impact initiatives – Lead special projects and strategic programs that span business units and identify and solve operational bottlenecks while streamlining decision-making across the executive team.
- Keep communication flowing – Draft C-level communications, presentations, and executive updates, serving as the connector and information bridge across departments while ensuring clarity of priorities, accountability, and execution discipline.
- Champion culture and change – Help Support cultural initiatives, change-management programs, and internal communication efforts
If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:
- I have comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance, financial literacy, legal & regulatory requirements, and business strategy, particularly in SaaS business model fundamentals.
- I gained my knowledge through a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Commerce, or equivalent, 5+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, operations, management consulting, corporate planning, or executive support roles, or a combination of both.
- I have 5+ years of experience working with senior executive stakeholders, particularly with the c-suite level.
- I have a strong business acumen, analytical thinking skills, and adept strategic thinking skills that I can easily pair with execution discipline.
- I'm exceptional at organising and prioritizing information, events, and initiatives and can handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- I get most excited about opportunities to demonstrate my adaptability, resourcefulness, and operational rigor.
- I have a proven ability to communicate exceedingly well, thanks in no small part to a high level of emotional intelligence and an ability to influence without authority.
- I'm willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required ).
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills

This role will require you to work in our office located in Cambridge at minimum 2 days a week.
