Solution Architect Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the Role

Endeavour Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect in our Business Central practice to join our growing team. This remote role is ideal for a professional who thrives in both pre-sales engagements and hands-on ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales (50%)

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor ERP demonstrations.
  

• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to municipal stakeholders.
  

• Assistin the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture.
  

• Translate business requirements into functional ERP capabilities.
  

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients during the evaluation process.
  

Implementation (50%)

• Lead discovery sessions to analyze and document client requirements.
  

• Produce analysis reports detailing your conclusions and recommendations
  

• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products
  

• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
  

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  

• Provide onsite and offsite consulting services andsupportDynamics 365 Business Central clients
  

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successfuldeliverysolutions.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience withDynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation, or another ERP solution including hands-on configuration and customization
  

• Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Experience an asset
  

• Experience in both pre-sales and implementation rolespreferred
  

• Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred
  

• CPA designation or equivalent experience is an asset
  

• Experience with 365 Business Central/NAV Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management (version 2013 or higher) a plus
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level and public sector audiences
  

• Ability tointerfacewith clients both in person and remotely
  

• Advanced experience anddemonstratedknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  

• Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly
  

• Ability to express ideas clearlyand adapt to changing priorities
  

• Ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationshipsacross different departments and business lines
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Ability to travel withinNorth Americaoccasionally
