Dispatcher (Full Truckload Dispatch Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with solid hands-on experience in full truckload dispatch (FTL) not LTL — to lead delivery operations, support Delivery Partners (DPs), and ensure exceptional service execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit, onboard, and train Delivery Partners (DPs).

· Provide pre-start briefings and ongoing operational coaching.

· Review and validate daily delivery routes for accuracy and efficiency.

· Confirm DP assignments and ensure full route coverage.

· Conduct regular field and vehicle audits to maintain SOP standards.

· Monitor key operational metrics including FTOT and NPS scores.

· Handle escalations and customer complaints with urgency and professionalism.

· Oversee Logistics Coordinators and support internal teams (Dispatch, Call Center, Claims, Warehouse, Returns).

· Investigate property/item claims and support resolution.

· Ensure completion of end-of-day tasks (package printing, call launches, route confirmation).

· Assist with customer pickups when required.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dispatcher (FTL experience required/ knows how to dispatch delivery partners).

· Strong understanding of dispatch operations and delivery compliance.
