DZ / Class 3 Driver

Position: DZ Driver

Location: Concord, ON (Hwy 400 and 7)

Type: Contract position

Amazing opportunity for a driving assignment to deliver goods to local schools in and around the GTA and Peel regions. You will deliver skids/pallets of rock salt (no hand bomb - all skidded).

Shift: 7 am Monday to Friday

Wage: $24.00/hr (weekly pay)

Overtime after 44 hours

Job Description:

• Safely operate an automatic 26' straight truck (DZ license)
• Trucks are equipped with power liftgate
• Complete deliveries on schedule (completed no later than 2:45 pm)
• Safely travel within the GTA and surrounding area
• Use of pump truck to offload pallets of winter salt. The skids are full, heavy but not difficult to move with the pump truck

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years DZ driving experience
• Willing to use pump truck to move heavier product
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start time
• Willing to provide driver's abstract dated within 30 days
• Willing to provide driver's CVOR dated within 30 days
• Willing and able to pass background check
