This winter, we're inviting ambitious, tech-driven students to join our Engineering & IT Team for an immersive, hands-on internship. You'll work onsite alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to real client environments and learning how enterprise IT runs in the real world.
This experience is all about growth. You'll gain real-world skills and an opportunity to share your knowledge with the C-suite at Pathway & its clients about emerging technology & the revolution it can lead to.
What You'll Experience

• Work onsite, 5 days a week at Pathway's office — with opportunities to collaborate directly at client locations across Ontario.
• Contribute to live Engineering & IT projects involving system infrastructure, automation, network management, and software solutions.
• Learn how IT consulting works — from design and implementation to service delivery.
• Collaborate in team huddles, brainstorming sessions, and innovation projects that drive real impact.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a College or University program in Computer Systems Technician – Networking, Cloud Computing & Virtualization, IT Systems Support / IT Infrastructure , Cybersecurity & Cloud Administration.
• A passion for technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and readiness to learn in a client-facing environment.

Internship Details

• Duration: 4 to 6 months
• Location: Onsite (5 days per week) or at client sites across Ontario.
• Mentorship, career coaching, and networking opportunities included.
