Reports to: Service Manager
Job Status: Full Time Permanent
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 7:30am 4:00pm

This Trailer Technician Apprentice position requires you to perform a full range of on-site services, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assess, diagnose and repair; ensure work on trailers is completed as 'quality work'
  • Performs preventive and scheduled maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to the manufacture's specs

Qualifications:

  • Is competent in their trade and/or holds a valid provincial certificate of qualifications in the trade
  • Experience in a similar field will be an asset.
  • Experience in Fabrication, welding, and/or Tailgate repairs is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of ABS diagnostic software
  • Ability to lift up to 85lbs
