Responsibilities

· Job Type: Part-time and full time opportunities

· Weekday shifts (weekends and evening shifts Required)

· The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery side of the business to produce high-quality embroidered products according to specifications

· This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to ensuring the efficient operation of the embroidery equipment

· Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring correct materials, threads, and designs are used

· Interpret work orders, job specifications, and designs to produce embroidered products meeting quality standards

· Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operations

· Monitor machine operations to detect defects or malfunctions and make adjustments as necessary

· Thread machines, change needles, and perform necessary adjustments for different fabrics and designs

· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of materials and tools

· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
